Elias Weinstock, director creativo de Casanova Pendrill
Elias Weinstock, creative director at Casanova Pendrill, spoke with PRODU about the growth the agency has experienced in the last two years and the expansion of its team. “We have experienced significant growth since two and a half years in both California offices, and in our headquarters in New York. Initially, this growth was due to accounts such as Miller and Chevy, as well as the arrival of accounts from the pharma sector and other accounts we won with McCann, as Microsoft,” Weinstock said.He explained that this creative growth forced the multicultural agency to expand the team and also make internal movements such as Alejandro Ortizs case, who spent eight years leading the NY office. “Alejandro has done an excellent job and it was time to recognize his merits, and in turn, other people got other contracts to complement the team,” he said. Weinstock also said that despite having losing Miller, the agency has had an organic growth and maintained with several upcoming projects. “Losing Miller, because it was consolidated after the pitch of the general market, was a great loss, but it was not our only source of growth. We have currently a number of projects, most recently with Nature Valley, for which we have just made a total market campaign developed in both English and Spanish, and we are very happy, “he said. “After two years of movements, we were able to stabilize ourselves with brands, and we want to focus on the creative level and start participating again in festivals,” he concluded.
